Todd Beyreuther is a design engineer specializing in the development of cross-laminated timber (CLT) materials, components, and assemblies. After 20+ years of experience in structural engineering practice, academic research at Washington State University, and product and process development at Katerra, Beyreuther founded Mass Timber Systems LLC (Spokane, WA) with a mission to complete a more responsible and more competitive value chain for mass timber prefabrication with unwavering focus on design at every process. Beyreuther recently joined Mercer Mass Timber LLC (Spokane Valley, WA) to manage product development of Mercer International’s 2021 acquisition of the CLT factory in Eastern WA.
