- Do BSA members receive registration discounts to attend the IWBC Virtual Experience?BSA members can save $50 on the All-Access Pass or the ABX + IWBC All-Access Pass.
- Do you offer discounts for Emerging Professionals? How do you qualify?We define Emerging Professional as young practitioners who have been in the industry for 5 years or less, a new graduate, or a professional transitioning into the industry. Designed to build your skills and ensure your firm’s continued success, ABX offers a discounted All-Access Pass for only $100 in advance and $125 after October 2. To receive the discount on workshops, you must register online and select yes to the registration question, “Are you an Emerging Professional?” Please note that discounted workshops are not eligible for continuing-education credits, but you will receive a certificate of completion for each workshop you attend.
- What is your cancellation policy?The IWBC Virtual Experience is non-refundable. If you can’t attend the live virtual event on December 2-3, all workshops will be available on-demand to registrants until March 31, 2021.
- Are there IWBC Virtual Experience group discounts available?Yes, we offer discount pricing and encourage teams to attend the meeting in order to make more connections and multiply the value that you can take back to your organization. Groups of 10-19 from same firm will receive 10% off all packages, groups of 20-29 will receive 20% off, and groups of 30+ will receive 30% off. - Does the IWBC Virtual Experience offer CEUs?Typically almost all IWBC workshops qualify for AIA Continuing Education credits.
- How do I edit my registration for the IWBC Virtual Experience?Click the Sign in link located in the top right corner of the ABX website. Enter your last name and Reg ID and click the “Sign In” button. Once the MyEvent Dashboard loads, click on the “My Registration” icon.
- Can I register my coworkers in the same transaction?Yes, during the registration process (prior to the payment screen) you will see a button “Add Another Registrant” which enables you to add multiple coworkers or colleagues. Once you have registered everyone in your party, you can use the “Proceed to Checkout” button to complete a single transaction.
- How do I find my RegID?Your RegID is located on your registration confirmation under the bar code. If you have misplaced your confirmation, please select the ‘forgot password’ on the sign in page.
- When will I receive my login details for the IWBC Virtual Experience?All attendees will receive access to the platform beginning Oct. 1 to set up their profile.
- What is the ABX/InformaDigital Data Sharing Notice?Informa Markets (and any third-party platform provider acting on our behalf) will use your personal information provided during the registration process to host and manage this digital event and for analysing visitor traffic with a view to improving the event experience for visitors.
